Key Responsibilities: Customer Handling: Provide excellent technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring smooth implementation and integration of products. Presentation & Communication: Conduct engaging presentations and training sessions for clients, partners, and internal teams to promote product knowledge and usage. Technical Expertise: Use your electrical engineering knowledge to troubleshoot, support, and optimize home automation solutions. Field Experience: Perform on-site visits for system installations, setups, and debugging of electrical systems as required. Team Handling: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful execution of projects, fostering a collaborative work environment. Requirements: Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of relevant field experience in electrical systems or home automation. Skills: Strong customer handling and presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Problem-solving mindset with hands-on field experience. Other Requirements: A valid two-wheeler is mandatory for travel within Bangalore. Desired Profile: Excellent customer handling and presentation abilities. Proficient in English communication (both written and spoken). A proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage field operations effectively. Demonstrated field experience in electrical systems or related technology.
