Preferred Candidate Profile: ● Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory. ● Flexibility in travelling was mandatory. ● Proven experience in customer sales and outbound sales (B2C or B2B). ● Strong passion for sales and earning through performance-based incentives. ● Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. ● Quick ability to build customer rapport and trust. ● Prior experience in consultative sales, field sales, or solution selling is a strong plus. ● Self-driven, target-focused, and eager to grow within the organization. ● Previously worked on electrical equipment sales will be an advantageous but not mandatory.
