Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jalandhar for a Field Agronomist. The Field Agronomist will be responsible for mobilising and onboarding farmers across Jalandhar, Kapurthala and Hoshiarpur as part of Hàyman's Oats Farmer Mobilisation Project, where they will be developing 500 acres of oats cultivation.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Agronomy/ Agriculture- essential
• Good understanding of field crop management, soil health and fodder systems
• Strong communication and farmer engagement skills
• Comfortable with field travel and on- ground coordination
• Basic proficiency in crop data and record management

Preferred

• Based in or around Jalandhar/ Kapurthala
• Prior exposure to fodder crops, farmer mobilisation, or agronomy fieldwork
