Role Summary

Contract Farming Model

II. Core Responsibilities

A. Sales and Contract Acquisition

  • Farmer Onboarding

  • Target Achievement

  • Advance Payment Collection:

    Ensure the successful and timely collection of

    100% advance payment

    for Vermicompost from the farmer, as mandated by the agreement.
  • Contract Execution

  • Lead Generation

B. Customer Service and Technical Compliance

  • Technical Guidance

  • Compliance Monitoring

  • Buy-Back Assistance

C. Reporting and Administration

  • Daily Reporting:

    Provide detailed daily reports to the Territory Manager (TM) on farmer visits, sales progress, and the status of payments collected.
  • Record Maintenance:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales transactions, farmer data, and contract copies.
  • Market Feedback:

    Collect and communicate feedback to the TM regarding pricing, product performance, and farmer concerns in the market.

III. Required Qualifications

Graduation in any discipline or a Diploma in Agricultural Science.

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of proven Field Sales experience
