Role Overview: As a Fiber Lead at Pratap Technocrats Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the installation and maintenance of fiber-optic networks in Nagpur. You will be expected to ensure the highest standards of network performance, manage a team of technicians, and interact closely with clients and cross-functional teams. Your daily tasks will include planning and laying out fiber networks, troubleshooting network issues, conducting site surveys, and maintaining project documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and lay out fiber-optic networks - Troubleshoot network issues - Manage a team of technicians - Conduct site surveys - Maintain project documentation - Interact with clients and cross-functional teams for project completion - Ensure adherence to safety standards Qualifications Required: - Experience in planning, installing, and maintaining fiber-optic networks - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Leadership and team management skills - Ability to conduct site surveys and prepare project documentation - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Knowledge of safety standards and regulations - Technical certification or degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field is preferred - Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus,
