You will be working as a full-time on-site Supervisor Fiber at Pratap Technocrats Pvt Ltd, based in Ahmedabad. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising the daily operations of fiber projects, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and leading teams of technicians. You will collaborate with project managers, maintain project documentation, troubleshoot fiber network issues, and ensure timely project completion. To excel in this role, you should have experience in fiber optics, fiber splicing, and fiber testing. Strong project management and team leadership abilities are essential, along with a sound understanding of safety and quality standards in the telecommunications sector. Excellent communication and organizational skills will be valuable in coordinating tasks effectively. You must possess the capability to identify and resolve technical issues promptly. Familiarity with fiber network design and installation processes is beneficial. While a degree or certification in telecommunications or a related field is preferred, practical experience working on-site in a supervisory capacity will be advantageous in fulfilling the requirements of this role.,
