Job Description

· FLM- Preventive Maintenance of the sites · Maintaining of Sites Uptime as per defined KPI's / SLAs · Corrective Maintenance of the sites · Patrolling & Vigilance on Fiber routes · Handling of Infra Alarms from NOC · Collection & Deposition of SEB Bills · Closure of the alarms and information to NOC and keeping records · Interface with all Site owners for Rent delivery, access issues etc · Ensuring the safety of the site inventory · Coordination with AMC ‘Service Provider’s for Fault resolutions · Coordination with FMS ‘Service Provider’s for Fuel filling · and diesel quality and quantity checking · Housekeeping of the sites · Maintaining of the Equipment’s & ‘Service Provider’ · Optical Fiber Maintenance · Fiber Cut Restoration / Splicing / High Loss Rectification / Dark Fiber · Fiber Project Work HDD / T&D / Open trenching · FTTH (Fiber to Home Connection) and Maintenance
