Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a NOC Executive located in Ahmedabad. The NOC Executive will be responsible for network development, network administration, and troubleshooting. Daily tasks include monitoring network performance, managing network infrastructure, and addressing network issues promptly. The role also involves effective communication and providing excellent customer service to ensure connectivity meets the highest standards. Qualifications Network Development and Network Administration skills Strong Troubleshooting abilities Communication and Customer Service skills Relevant certifications in network management are considered a plus Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad Show more Show less
