🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design fiber optic network layouts (FTTx, backbone, and access networks).

• Develop detailed planning, schematics, and route maps using GIS, AutoCAD, or similar tools.

• Conduct feasibility studies, surveys, and site assessments for optimal fiber deployment.

• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BoQ), As-Built drawings, and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (construction, project management, operations) to ensure seamless execution.

• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.

• Support capacity planning and future network expansion strategies.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.

• Proven experience in fiber optic network design & planning.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS tools, MS Office, and fiber design software.

• Excellent understanding of Civil and Cable Design, FTTx architecture, GPON, ODN design, and splicing principles.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
