Female Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, committed, and results-driven Female Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires a proactive mindset, professionalism, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell company products/services.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns.
• Handle objections professionally and turn them into sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking software is an advantage.
• Confident, energetic, and persuasive communication style.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
• Available to work flexible hours if required, including weekends or evenings during campaigns.
• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
