Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting products/services over the phone, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of calls and sales.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and handle customer queries effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).
Prior telesales/telecalling experience is an advantage.
Freshers are also welcome to apply.
