Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and effectively promoting our offerings. Key responsibilities include engaging with prospects, explaining product features, answering inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to build rapport with customers are essential. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented, persuasive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to have you on our team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to potential customers. Introduce and promote company products or services. Provide information and answer customer inquiries. Maintain detailed and accurate call records. Achieve monthly sales targets. Build and maintain customer relationships. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Education: Master's (Preferred) Experience: Technical support: 3 years (Preferred) tele sales: 2 years (Preferred) total work: 3 years (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
