Female Telesales Executive

Job Overview:

As a Sales Executive at Diginet Academy, you will play a vital role in driving student enrollments for our Digital Marketing and Multimedia courses. You will engage with prospective learners, understand their career aspirations, and help them choose the right program to build a successful future in the digital and creative industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Sales Calls:

• Connect with potential students through calls, messages, and online inquiries.
• Understand their educational background and career goals to recommend suitable courses.

2. Career Counseling:

• Provide personalized guidance on career opportunities in Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing, etc.) and Multimedia (Graphic Design, Video Editing, Animation, UI/UX Design, etc.).
• Educate students about industry trends and job prospects in both fields.

3. Sales Presentations:

• Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value, curriculum, and outcomes of DigiNet Academy’s Digital Marketing and Multimedia programs.
• Clearly communicate course structure, benefits, and placement support.

4. Admissions & Target Achievement:

• Convert leads into enrollments by guiding students through the admission process.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

5. Customer Service:

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when addressing student concerns.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding and post-enrollment experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education, creativity, and helping individuals achieve their goals.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with prospective students.
• Strong motivation to meet targets and deliver results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, PPC, Email Marketing) and Multimedia (Graphic Design, Video Editing, Animation).
• Experience in sales, customer service, or student counseling.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM) for managing leads and tracking performance.
