Ensure compliance with security protocols and company policies. Monitor and coordinate with security staff to maintain discipline and efficiency. Conduct routine checks, patrols, and inspections to ensure site security. Handle incidents, report security breaches, and take corrective action. Assist in access control, visitor management, and crowd control when required. Maintain reports and documentation related to security operations. Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and management for smooth operations. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in security supervision or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle emergency situations and conflict resolution. Basic knowledge of security systems and protocols.
