Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and create engaging, original, and creative content that aligns with brand goals and voice.
• Oversee daily management of social media channels, ensuring consistent, timely, and high-quality posts.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visual and written content.
• Monitor performance metrics and analyze engagement data to optimize campaigns.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.
• Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of paid advertising and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
• Experience with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later is a plus.
