Job Description

Job Overview:

This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to provide superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat promptly and professionally.

Provide accurate product and service information, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently.

Record customer interactions, ensuring all information is up-to-date in the system.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or direct customers to appropriate resources.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Escalate complex queries to higher-level support teams as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and enhance customer experience.

Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to offer effective solutions.

Meet or exceed individual performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
