Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will be key in addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, ensuring a high level of professionalism. - Provide accurate and timely product and service information to address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently. - Record all customer interactions accurately to maintain up-to-date information in the system. - Troubleshoot technical issues and direct customers to appropriate resources for resolution. - Follow up with customers to ensure that issues are fully resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved. - Escalate complex queries to higher-level support teams when necessary. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service processes and improve the overall customer experience. - Maintain a strong knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide effective solutions. - Meet or exceed individual performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
