Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and with empathy. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures. Qualifications: Senior secondary or equivalent. Proven customer support experience or experience in a client-facing role is a plus. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Patience and problem-solving attitude.
