About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, and proactive female candidate to join our team as a Customer Support & Multitasking Executive.
The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude to handle customers and multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Provide professional support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in day-to-day office operations and coordination.
  • Manage basic documentation, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Coordinate between different departments for smooth workflow.
  • Handle multitasking responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Female candidate with strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Prior experience in customer support, tele calling, or office coordination preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling).
  • Pleasant personality, confident, and well-organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,633.53 - ₹20,000.00 per month
