Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and Maintaining Relationships:Developing strong, lasting relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Understanding Customer Needs:Identifying customer requirements and providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Retention:Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
  • Issue Resolution:Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Account Management:Managing customer accounts, tracking interactions, and ensuring accurate data management.
  • Collaboration:Working closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to address customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Opportunity Identification:Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and other revenue-generating activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis:Providing regular reports on customer interactions, satisfaction levels, and account status.
  • Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in customer relationship management.
  • Effective Communication:Communicating with customers through various channels (phone, email, in-person) and providing clear, concise information.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport, empathy, and strong relationships with customers requires excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Managing multiple customer accounts, tasks, and deadlines requires strong organizational skills.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling requires sales acumen.
  • Analytical Skills: Analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to improve customer experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools is often required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,393.58 - ₹21,783.03 per month
