Federal Contract Specialist (GSA MAS)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support a range of activities related to the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contract.

🔹Primary Expectations:

- Experience in proposal writing, competitive federal proposals and overall government contracting procurement.- Ready to learn and gain hands-on knowledge in preparing, structuring, and submitting a GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Offer from understanding solicitation requirements to pricing, compliance, and post-award management.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and government representatives. - Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients.

🔹Preferred Experience:

- Experienced with GSA MAS Contract modifications, new offer submissions, SIP to FCP transition, Post-Award activities, and ongoing MAS contract compliance requirements.-Skilled in preparing technical narratives, pricing templates, CSPs, and admin documents.- Familiarity with GSA systems/tools: eOffer/eMod, eLibrary, GSA Advantage, SIP, CALC, eBuy, FAS Catalog Platform (FCP).- Knowledge of federal pricing policies, contract negotiations, basis of award tracking, and discounting strategies.🪧
