Main Responsibilities:

1. Finite Element Analysis (FEA):

• Perform structural, thermal-mechanical, vibration, and stability analyses.
• Identify potential failure modes and suggest corrective actions.

1. Design Support:

• Collaborate with design teams to improve designs based on FEA results.
• Create and modify 3D models using

  SolidWorks, Solid Edge, or Creo

  .

1. Tool Usage:

• Use simulation tools such as

  ANSYS, HyperMesh, Abaqus, or Nastran

  .
• Apply

  DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)

  principles.

1. Project Management:

• Handle multiple projects at once.
• Provide regular updates to higher authorities and ensure timely delivery.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Work with global product leadership teams to enhance design performance.
• Share best practices and contribute to team skill development.

Mandatory Skills
