Simulation Engineer – Strength

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
FEA-based safety and fatigue analysis
of engine components.
Conduct
pre-processing, solving, and post-processing
of models (mesh generation, simulation, result validation).
Prepare detailed
reports, documentation, and result presentations
.
Optimize designs based on simulation outcomes to enhance mechanical safety.
Collaborate with design engineers and product teams to ensure robust results.
Support
method development and process improvement
activities.

Skills & Experience Required:

4–6 years (Bachelor’s) / 3–5 years (Master’s) experience in
FE Analysis
related to IC engines.
Strong expertise in
ANSYS Mechanical
or equivalent FEA tools.
Knowledge of
fatigue assessment, deformation, stress & thermal analysis
.
Understanding of
FKM fatigue guideline
(preferred).

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in
Mechanical Engineering
or a related field.
