About the ASSURE (Accelerating Sustainable and Super-Efficient Real Estate) project The ASSURE project is a collaborative initiative between the Indian Institute for Human Settlements and Infosys, a global digital services and consulting company. The main objective of ASSURE is to revolutionize India's real estate sector, which is large, rapidly expanding, and has a significant carbon and energy footprint, by advocating for the widespread adoption of High Performance Buildings (HPBs). Job Description We are currently looking for a Building Simulation Expert proficient in conducting thermal, energy, daylighting, and glare analyses through annual simulations. As a part of this role, you will focus on analyzing and simulating large commercial building projects, creating or modifying simulations for further evaluations. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a team of expert consultants, attend project meetings, and gain insights into the process of design consulting.
