Key Responsibilities Perform stress analysis on aerospace components made of metallic and composite materials Carry out linear and non-linear static analysis , modal/dynamic analysis , and fatigue analysis Utilize handbooks like MMPDS , MIL-HDBK-5 , and composite reference materials for allowables and material properties Conduct classical stress calculations using hand methods and validate with FEA Use industry-standard FEA tools such as OptiStruct , Nastran/Patran , ANSYS , LS-DYNA , and NASGRO/AFGROW Prepare and review stress reports and documentation for airworthiness certification Ensure compliance with relevant certification standards such as FAR , JAAR , CAR , MIL , and UAV-specific guidelines Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to support the product development lifecycle Interpret aerospace design requirements and apply stress engineering principles to ensure product integrity and safety Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering , Mechanical Engineering , or a related field Proven experience in stress analysis of aerospace structures , both metallic and composites Familiarity with aerospace terminologies and standards Good working knowledge of aerospace materials , material allowables , and certification guidelines Experience in using stress analysis tools such as OptiStruct , Nastran/Patran , ANSYS , LS-DYNA , NASGRO , or AFGROW Ability to prepare and document stress analysis reports for regulatory certification Understanding of airworthiness and certification standards such as FAR/JAAR/CAR/MIL Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and documentation abilitie

Analyst creates, reviews and analyzes designs to ensure compliance to technical specifications, functionality and constructability. Job Description Review and interpret customer technical specifications and industry codes Create and review technical documents (specifications, analysis reports etc.) for existing or new technology or applications. Use sound engineering judgment, classical calculations and analysis programs to analyze designs and generate new designs. Provide recommendations for optimizing designs to ensure functionality and manufacturability. Independently develops solutions to problems by analyzing, interpreting and evaluating data. Anticipates potential problems and takes preventative actions. Responsible for quality and on-time-delivery of assigned tasks Ensure good personal time management and weekly time entry into SAP system Provide input to and support improvements to processes or work instructions Ensure that assignments conform to TechnipFMC guidelines and specifications. Understand and comply with TechnipFMC HSE & Quality policies You Are Meant For This Job If BE or MTech in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience with background in analyzing subsea/surface equipment preferred Ansys tool knowledge is must Knowledge of industry specific design codes like ASME, API, DNV, NORSK and ISO Experience in Oil and Gas equipment finite element analysis Should be able to do hands-on Finite Element analysis Experience in high pressurized equipment/Boiler vessels/Heavy Engineering Must be able to verify and substantiate FEA results with classical hand calculation methods Proficient in Non-Linear analysis Proficient in Structural and Thermal analysis Experience with welded and bolted structure analysis Must be able to estimate, plan and meet individual work requirements Should be able to perform technical design reviews and recommend improvements Must be able to write, review and approve technical reports and documents Ensure lessons learnt and best practices are captured adequately into Analysis techniques, project / product design. Responsibilities Execute the FEA projects independently from start to finish. Collaborate closely with design teams to identify design improvements based on calculation results. Interact regularly with relevant design departments to drive project progress. Profile Requirement: Education Bachelor's and / or masters degrees in mechanical, Civil, or Aerospace Engineering. Technical Skills Strong foundation in: Finite Element Methods, Engineering Design, Strength of Materials, Applied Mechanics Proficient in FEA tools: Siemens NX/ SimCenter or similar packages Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Experience Minimum 2 years of FEA experience in Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Engineering industry Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High degree of initiative, independence, and diligence Strong eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities.
