The company, now re-designated as an NBFC-ICC and recognized as a Public Financial Institution (PFI), has resumed its lending business in construction and mining equipment financing under the leadership of Mr. Hardayal Prasad. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an FCU Sampler, located in Gurugram, India. The FCU Sampler will conduct sampling and testing of construction equipment and related materials to ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards. Daily tasks include inspecting equipment, documenting findings, coordinating with quality assurance teams, and ensuring all samples meet the required specifications. The FCU Sampler will also provide feedback to improve processes and maintain accurate records of all inspections and tests.

Qualifications

Having good knowledge of triggers.
Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Basic Computer Literacy skills
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
Maintaining and publishing FCU Daily tracker.
Liaising with FCU vendors for FCU report closures on time.
TAT monitoring
Good relationships with peer financial institutions
Organized time to time Sales Training.
Escalation handling.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous
