F&B Training Executive

Ashoka FranMark is seeking a skilled and experienced F&B Training Executive to train, guide, and support franchise staff across TeaMax Café outlets. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing café or QSR operations or training staff in food and beverage environments. The candidate should possess hands-on experience with SOP implementation, operations training, and café management systems. Conduct training sessions for new and existing TeaMax Café franchise staff (kitchen, service, and counter teams). Develop, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all F&B operations. Ensure quality control, food safety, hygiene, and service standards are consistently maintained. Assist franchise partners during café setup and staff onboarding phases. Conduct audits and provide corrective training for underperforming outlets. Work closely with the operations and support teams to ensure uniform standards across all locations. Maintain training reports and progress updates for management review. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B store management or staff training in a café/QSR environment. Strong understanding of café operations, service quality, and food handling protocols. Ability to design and execute SOPs for kitchen and customer service operations. Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English preferred). Willingness to travel for on-site franchise training and audits. Preferred: Experience with well-known café/QSR chains. Exposure to franchise operations or startup F&B brands. Certification in Food Safety or Hospitality Management (optional but preferred).
