Position Overview

The CCT / F&B Executive will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer dining experience, supporting smooth café/restaurant operations, and upholding Flurys’ service standards. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food & beverage service, customer engagement, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely service of food & beverages.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specialties to guide customers.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of the service area.
• Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and POS entries accurately.
• Address guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for F&B service.
• Support in daily inventory checks, stock handling, and replenishment.
• Uphold brand values and contribute to creating a welcoming ambiance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related fields (preferred).
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage / Café / Restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, polite, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS operations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
