Job Description

  • Staff Management:Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and managing F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Customer Service:Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality, addressing complaints, and resolving issues.
  • Inventory Management:Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Compliance:Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as relevant food safety regulations.
  • Operational Efficiency:Coordinating with kitchen staff, managing service flow, and optimizing operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Financial Management:May be involved in budget management, cost control, and revenue monitoring.
  • Training and Development:Mentoring and training staff to enhance their skills and improve overall team performance.
  • Reporting and Communication:Providing regular reports to management on staff performance, inventory status, and operational challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
