Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate F&B Supervisor with a strong background in luxury hotels. The ideal candidate should have a stable career track record, demonstrate leadership in delivering exceptional dining experiences, and ensure seamless service operations in line with The Postcard Hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, bar, and in‑room dining services.
• Ensure consistent delivery of personalized and high‑quality service to all guests.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating the F&B service team.
• Work closely with the culinary team to coordinate service flow and guest requirements.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and service quality standards as per hotel guidelines.
• Handle guest feedback proactively to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, assist in cost control, and support revenue initiatives.
• Uphold brand values and ensure that team members represent The Postcard Hotel ethos.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage service with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role at a luxury hotel.
• Proven track record of career stability (no frequent job changes).
• Excellent guest interaction, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a focus on detail.
• Ability to work in a boutique/luxury environment that demands personalized service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
