Purpose of the position/Job Description

As an Supervisor F&B, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage services. This includes supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Your role is crucial in upholding the highest standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise food and beverage staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure excellent guest service by consistently monitoring staff performance.
• Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in training and development of F&B team members.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage food quality and preparation.

Attributes of the position / Scope

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Proven experience of 2+ as an F&B Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
