F&B Cost Controller

Position: Cost Controller (F&B Industry)
Location: Kuwait

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Minimum 2 years experience in costing (preferably F&B)
• Ability to manage food cost, inventory levels, wastage, and cost reporting

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily food cost and consumption
• Review inventory, purchase orders, and supplier pricing
• Prepare costing reports and variance analysis
• Support menu costing and recipe cost updates
• Ensure accurate cost control for central kitchen and outlets
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams for monthly closing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
