F&B and Event Service Expert

You will be responsible for providing exceptional F&B and Event Service expertise to ensure a memorable and unique experience for guests. As an F&B Service Expert, you will be proficient in various event functions and demonstrate initiative in delivering a wide range of services to enhance the overall guest experience. This includes tasks such as setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas. It is essential to adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns to the manager promptly. You should maintain a professional appearance, uphold confidentiality, and exhibit excellent communication skills while interacting with guests and colleagues. Building positive relationships with team members and ensuring quality standards are met are also key responsibilities in this role. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, as well as the ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. Flexibility in bending, twisting, and reaching is necessary to perform various tasks effectively. Additionally, you may be required to assist with other job duties as assigned by supervisors. To qualify for this position, a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required, along with at least 1 year of related work experience. There is no supervisory experience or specific license/certification necessary for this role.
