It is essential to adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns to the manager promptly. You should maintain a professional appearance, uphold confidentiality, and exhibit excellent communication skills while interacting with guests and colleagues. Building positive relationships with team members and ensuring quality standards are met are also key responsibilities in this role. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, as well as the ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. Flexibility in bending, twisting, and reaching is necessary to perform various tasks effectively. Additionally, you may be required to assist with other job duties as assigned by supervisors. To qualify for this position, a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required, along with at least 1 year of related work experience.
