Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Fashion Faculty who is highly skilled in Pattern Making, Draping, and Textiles, along with strong knowledge across all fashion subjects. The ideal candidate should have prior teaching experience in a reputed fashion institute and a passion for mentoring the next generation of designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and industry-relevant lectures on Pattern Making, Draping, Textiles, Garment Construction, Fashion Illustration, and Design Process.
• Mentor students through practical workshops, projects, and portfolio development.
• Guide students in applying theoretical knowledge to real-world fashion design practices.
• Prepare and evaluate academic curriculum, assignments, and assessments.
• Foster creativity, innovation, and industry-readiness among students.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty to enhance the academic experience.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, Diploma Course in Fashion Design / Apparel Design / Textile Design or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed fashion institute (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in Pattern Making, Draping, and Textiles (core requirement).
• Hands-on experience with garment construction and design development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students towards creativity and professionalism.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
