Role Description

This full-time role is for a Fashion Faculty at NIF Global Ludhiana. The Fashion Faculty will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, developing curriculum, assessing student performance, and participating in faculty meetings. Duties also include mentoring students, conducting workshops, and collaborating with colleagues on academic and professional projects. This is an on-site role located in Ludhiana.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Fashion Design, Textile Design, and Apparel Construction
Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning
Ability to conduct research and stay updated with fashion industry trends
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to mentor and guide students
Experience in using design software and tools
Master's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field
Prior teaching experience in a similar role is advantageous
