Job Description: As a Fashion Faculty at NIF Global Ludhiana, your role will involve preparing and delivering lectures, developing curriculum, assessing student performance, and participating in faculty meetings. You will also mentor students, conduct workshops, and collaborate with colleagues on academic and professional projects. This is an on-site role located in Ludhiana. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and deliver engaging lectures in the field of Fashion Design, Textile Design, and Apparel Construction - Develop curriculum and lesson plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of the subject matter - Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback - Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional growth - Conduct workshops to enhance practical skills - Collaborate with colleagues on projects to enrich the academic environment Qualifications Required: - Strong skills in Fashion Design, Textile Design, and Apparel Construction - Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning - Ability to conduct research and stay updated with fashion industry trends - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proven ability to mentor and guide students - Experience in using design software and tools - Master's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field - Prior teaching experience in a similar role is advantageous,
