Role Overview: As a Fashion Faculty at NIF Global Ludhiana, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and deliver lectures, develop curriculum, assess student performance, and actively participate in faculty meetings. Additionally, you will mentor students, conduct workshops, and collaborate with colleagues on academic and professional projects. This full-time position is located on-site in Ludhiana. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and deliver lectures on Fashion Design, Textile Design, and Apparel Construction - Develop curriculum and lesson plans - Assess student performance and provide feedback - Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional growth - Conduct workshops and stay updated with fashion industry trends - Collaborate with colleagues on academic and professional projects Qualifications Required: - Strong skills in Fashion Design, Textile Design, and Apparel Construction - Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning - Ability to conduct research and stay abreast of fashion industry trends - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proven ability to mentor and guide students - Proficiency in using design software and tools - Master's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field - Prior teaching experience in a similar role is advantageous,
