Manager / Centre Manager / Business Manager Timings: Full-time (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, including Saturdays) Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (Based on experience and skills) Duties and Responsibilities Understand the course curriculum in detail. Handle walk-in inquiries, counsel prospects, provide course details, and ensure admissions. Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities to maximize walk-ins. Maintain accurate sales records for leads, admissions, and payments. Safeguard all payments (cash, cheques, DDs, or credit card slips) and hand them over to accounts with proper documentation. Follow up on payment dues and maintain records. Address student queries, collect feedback, maintain decorum, and provide support when needed. Mandatory Qualifications Any degree (experience not mandatory). Strong communication skills (Kannada required; basic English). Computer literacy. Well-groomed and presentable. Local resident (within 3–5 km from the job location). Active, extroverted personality with social media skills.
