Skills & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design from a reputed institute.

· 1–3 years of experience in menswear design (preferred: shirts, ethnic wear, or fusion wear).

· Strong hand sketching and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop skills.

· Knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and pattern-making.

· Passion for Indian textiles, modern tailoring, and luxury streetwear sensibilities.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

· Strong attention to detail, communication, and organization skills.
