We specialize in designing unique dresses and providing personalized fashion consulting. We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager cum Fashion Consultant who can manage boutique operations while bringing fashion expertise to clients. Key ResponsibilitiesStore Management Oversee daily operations of the boutique, including sales, customer service, inventory, and staff coordination. Maintain excellent store presentation and ensure a seamless customer experience. Manage vendor relationships, materials procurement, and stock updates. Fashion Consulting & Designing Assist clients in selecting fabrics, dress designs, and styling options. Create and design custom dresses based on client requirements and available materials. Take accurate dress measurements and ensure fittings meet high-quality standards. Stay updated with latest fashion trends and advise clients accordingly. Marketing & Branding Create engaging content and posts for Instagram and other social media platforms. Collaborate with management to promote collections and attract walk-ins. Suggest and execute ideas for events, promotions, or collaborations. Requirements2–3 years of proven experience in the fashion industry (preferably boutique/fashion consultant roles). Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design / Fashion Technology / Apparel Merchandising (preferred). Strong knowledge of fabrics, dress materials, fashion trends, and measurements. Prior experience in dress designing, stitching supervision, and client styling. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with ability to handle both design and business aspects of the boutique. Knowledge of social media (Instagram, Reels, Stories, Promotions).
