Market Knowledge: Stay updated on local real estate trends, property values, and market conditions to effectively advise clients. Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business and enhance Springfield Properties’ market presence. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to align business development efforts and share insights that contribute to team success.
