We are seeking a dedicated individual to enhance our customer experience in the luxury retail industry. As a Sales Assistant (Style Maker), your mission is to introduce clients to our Golden world, showcasing the Brand's heritage and values. Your role involves creating personalized Golden total looks for clients, capturing their dreams, and reflecting their unique personalities. By providing exceptional service and fostering enduring relationships, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Your essential duties and responsibilities include assisting customers in expressing their personality through their ideal dream looks, thereby contributing to the store's business objectives and overall success. Engaging actively in the sales process, you will offer comprehensive product insights, recommend additional items, and implement up-selling and cross-selling strategies. By cultivating positive customer relationships and embracing omnichannel practices, you will ensure that clients feel valued in the Golden Family. Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing the overall store presentation by maintaining appropriate visual displays and ensuring that products align with the brand's image and standards. You will also assist with store operational procedures, including inventory management, compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards, and utilizing IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement. Key requirements for this role include fluency in English, with knowledge of additional languages considered a plus, reflecting our commitment to diversity and inclusivity. A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, self-motivation, positive attitude, and professional selling techniques are essential. Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with the ability to monitor industry trends and understand the local market, are also key. Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and a strong team player mentality are crucial for success in this role.
