Job descriptionRoles & Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection, styling advice, and sizing Drive sales by recommending complementary products to increase overall basket value Maintain strong product knowledge, including current collections, trends, stock availability, and promotions Handle customer queries, feedback, and returns in a professional and empathetic manner Ensure high standards of personal grooming and presentation, aligned with brand expectations Merchandising & Store Appearance Replenish shop floor stock regularly to ensure balanced sizing and proper product display Follow visual merchandising guidelines to create an appealing and organized store environment Actively support store promotions, events, and campaigns with enthusiasm and attention to detail Observe customer flow and share feedback on product performance and store layout Cash Handling & Shop Operations Accurately process transactions, including handling opening and closing cash balances Maintain a clean and organized cash desk and work area Follow security, safety, and loss prevention protocols diligently Assist in stock counts and support inventory control activities Teamwork & Culture Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment Demonstrate brand values in all customer interactions and internal communication Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned and engaged ProfileQualifications: Fresh graduates interested in retail fashion industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, inventory systems).
