• Client Styling & Experience

• Provide expert styling advice tailored to each customers preferences, lifestyle, and occasion.
• Curate looks and recommend products that reflect the client's personality and the brands elegance.
• Offer insights on gemstone meanings, craftsmanship, and latest trends in luxury jewellery.
• Build strong, lasting client relationships through attentive service and follow-ups.

• Sales & Product Knowledge

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective client engagement and upselling.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all product lines, collections, precious stones, and customisation options.
• Communicate product value with confidence covering material, design, and exclusivity.

• Visual Merchandising & Presentation

• Ensure displays are elegant, well-stocked, and aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Maintain product hygiene and presentation to luxury standards.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Record customer preferences, occasions, and purchase history to personalize future interactions.
• Engage with clients through calls, messages, and exclusive previews/events.
