About the Role:

Fashion Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned designer label accounts.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with designers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day account operations including order management, production updates, and coordination between designers and internal teams.
• Understand each brand’s design language, product line, and business goals to provide tailored support.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and deliveries.
• Track and report account performance, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
• Handle conflict resolution and problem-solving promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in fashion account management, client servicing, or brand management.
• Strong vocabulary and communication skills, with the ability to represent luxury fashion brands professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
• Passion for fashion and understanding of luxury retail market trends.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of designer fashion labels and the luxury fashion ecosystem in India.
• Experience in client-facing roles within the fashion, retail, or luxury goods sector.
