Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Faculty Member located in Chennai. The Faculty Member will be responsible for delivering lectures, preparing and updating course materials, and guiding students for competitive examinations across various subjects such as Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, and Communication Skills. Additional responsibilities include conducting doubt-clearing sessions, mentoring students for improved performance, and working collaboratively to ensure student success. Active participation in discussions with fellow educators to enhance teaching methodologies will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong subject-matter expertise in areas such as Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, or related fields
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
• Ability to develop structured course content and create engaging lesson plans
• Experience in teaching or mentoring students for entrance exams like CAT, GMAT, GRE, JEE, or related programs
• A postgraduate degree or certification in relevant fields like Mathematics, Engineering, or English is preferred
