Key Deliverables

Faculty members at NCU are expected to contribute to the following academic dimensions:

1. Teaching & Learning:

   Deliver high-quality courses using innovative and experiential pedagogies. Mentor students and contribute to curriculum enrichment.

2. Research & Publications:

   Conduct impactful research leading to publications in indexed journals (SCI/SCOPUS/ABDC). Pursue funded research projects
   and collaborations.

3. Consultancy & Industry Linkages:

   Engage in consultancy assignments, MoUs, and partnerships with industry and research organizations.

4. Academic Outreach & Community Engagement:

   Participate in conferences, seminars, FDPs, and outreach programs that enhance institutional visibility. Contribute to social impact initiatives under the university’s community engagement framework.

5. Academic Administration & Leadership:

   Take on departmental or institutional responsibilities, ensuring smooth academic operations.
