Job Title: Factory Supervisor Location: [Jalna, Maharashtra]. Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Operations Manager / Plant Manager Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee and manage daily operations on the factory floor. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day factory operations to ensure timely and efficient production. Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve productivity. Ensure that production schedules and deadlines are met without compromising quality. Maintain safe and clean work environments by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure machinery and equipment are operating properly. Keep accurate production and employee records; prepare reports as needed. Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively. Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., quality control, logistics, HR) to improve operations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Requirements:Proven experience as a factory supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Basic computer skills (MS Office, production software). High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus. Working Conditions:Full-time position with shifts that may include evenings or weekends depending on production needs. Requires standing for long periods and exposure to a manufacturing environment (noise, machinery, etc.).
