Job Title: Factory Manager – Garments (Woven Industry)
Location: Chennai
Salary Range: ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager with expertise in the garments woven industry to oversee and manage all factory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production, maintain quality standards, meet shipment deadlines, and drive efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily factory operations to meet production and delivery targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate between various departments including production, planning, quality, and maintenance.
• Manage workforce allocation, training, and performance to achieve operational efficiency.
• Monitor production costs, timelines, and output to optimize resources.
• Implement strategies for continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost control.
• Ensure safety protocols, workplace discipline, and compliance with labor regulations.
• Prepare and present factory performance reports to management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Textile, Apparel, or related field.
• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in garment manufacturing (woven industry preferred).
• Proven expertise in production planning, quality control, and shipment management.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a large team and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
